Ze Global led the Old Building Modification to Sleeping Units project, transforming an outdated industrial structure into a fully functional and comfortable sleeping facility. The project included redesigning the internal layout to incorporate sleeping units, storage rooms, laundry areas, and optimized water and electrical systems for enhanced usability and sustainability.

    • Installed PVC drainage systems linked to septic tanks for effective wastewater management.
    • Integrated water heaters and washing machines to support daily operations.
  3. Electrical System Upgrades:
    • Comprehensive electrical distribution system to power air conditioning, lighting, and appliances.
    • Estimated total electrical consumption: 51.28 KW/h.
    • Confirmed generator sizing recommendations to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
