Ze Global successfully delivered the Core Shed Design & Process Flow Improvement Project, focused on enhancing operational efficiency and workflow optimization. By implementing an advanced design for core handling, storage, and cutting processes, this project ensured a seamless flow of operations, improved resource utilization, and minimized manual handling risks.


Key Features:

  1. Core Shed Layout Optimization:
    • Designed an innovative core shed with separate zones for cutting, sampling, and water treatment.
    • Integrated access doors for smooth workflow across the facility.
  2. Advanced Core Handling Systems:
    • Installed spring-loaded pallet loaders and ergonomic roller tables for seamless core movement.
    • Enhanced sampling processes with photographic systems and sound-protected core saws.
  3. Capacity and Measurement Improvements:
    • Optimized core storage and cutting areas to accommodate NQ: 165 m, HQ: 132 m, PQ: 99 m core samples.
    • Total core shed area: 559.8 m², including free areas for scalability and future upgrades.
  4. Water Recycling and Treatment Integration:
    • Included a cutting-edge water treatment system to recycle and reuse water for core cutting operations, reducing environmental impact.
